Helping Hands of Champions, Inc. is a non-profit, community-based, multi-program social service in northwest Houston.  HHOC serves as a resource to enrich community life as well as provide help and hope to its community's people.  HHOC provides those needed services that are essential in addressing the social challenges that face so many today. Helping Hands of Champions, Inc. believes its mission is to stand up and help the underrepresented, providing needed services, pioneer solutions and mentoring tomorrow' leaders while healing the hurts of the broken-hearted and presenting opportunities for a brilliant future.

Helping Hands of Champions, Inc. is dedicated to the careful stewardship of all of its human, financial, and natural resources.  We use the time and talents of those working with us effectively as well as spending the funds invested in us wisely.

The areas of help that we are concentrating our efforts in today are:

Emmaus & Beyond - Emmaus and Beyond is a weekend encounter where each participant is challenged to examine the root causes of their delimmas. Thought processes are forever changed and E&B participants feel more alive and energized than they have in a long time. For more information, click here

Treasures of Joy - Treasures of Joy is where special needs are met.  TOJ ministers to families who are affected by special needs/disabilities in our community.  TOJ walks beside each family with support by offering: Circle of Hope (Parent/Caregiver Support Group), The Treasures (Special Olympics teams), Respite Night, The Disciples, and Game Night. Grief Share - Grief Share is designed to help individuals successfully navigate the difficult journey from mourning to joy.  Grief, often masked and hidden, is one of the least talked about subjects in life.  Grief Share assist in the renewal of peace and the rediscovery of true joy.

Overcomers - Overcomers Recovery Support Group is providing mentorship to those individuals who are seeking help to overcome life-controlling problems such as drugs, alcohol, gambling, sexual addictions, eating disorders, and/or other co-dependency issues.  Overcomers is a ninety-day journey where participants are equipped with life-changing principles that change behavior and help them move beyond their life-controlling challenges.
