Father's Day

I have risen early this morning, with a sense of anticipation overwhelming my steps.  The rhythm and sync to myhutchins_technology.jpg morning has been invaded by a deep longing to hear His tender voice and fellowship His radiant glory.  To be touched by Him is the elixir of encounter.  To be near Him, is the privilege of a son.

Today, on this Father’s Day, may every one of us sit at His feet and hear Him tell again, of the wondrous provisions that His love has provided for us.  To celebrate an earthly father’s tender care and visit his beautiful memories is indeed a cherished moment for any loving and appreciative son or daughter.  How much more joy is there in knowing, fellowshipping and loving our Heavenly Father who has granted unto us perennial blessings that lead us into His everlasting, eternal life!

To you, Happy Father’s day!  I trust each of you are crowned with the delights found in near fellowship to your Heavenly Father.  Proximity does hold a special blessing!  Egypt may offer its pleasures of sin for a season, but in the Father’s House, the provision’s of inexhaustible love and the favor of His “present” grace crown each morning.

Proximity is so vitally important, that our Father (the Creator of all things) robed Himself in the frailty of our fleshly tabernacle and walked among us in the likeness of us, mankind!  He wanted to commune with us.  In the good, the bad, and the ugly of this journey called life.  He came and lived among us for the expressed purpose of delivering us from our death sentence.  He died for us.  He died in our place.  He died to answer the judgment of our cursed sin.  He died so that we could live under the brilliant, radiant, awe-inspiring, glorious blessing that is found in the tabernacle of the Father, the tabernacle of flesh we call Jesus!  For we read, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God."  In verse 14, we hear the punctuation of promise, “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His (Father’s) glory, glory as of the only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.”

Oh’ how our Father loves each of us!  He is so loving and doting upon us, that He does not condemned us, but rather, He extends to us His “righteousness” to cover the insufficiencies and inequities in us.  His Scepter is raised toward us from Calvary!

So, be glad.  Be exuberant in your worship of Him this day.  Run to meet your Father!  He bears your burden.  He heals your sickness.  He washes away your sins.  He meets your needs.  He feeds your hunger.  He comforts your soul.  He puts fire in your spirit.  He revives your dreams.  He reveals your destiny.  Simply, He meets your every need!

See you in the Father’s House, this Father’s Day!
